Identifying TAMKO Heritage Shingles & Signs of Damage
How do I know if I have TAMKO shingles? Many quality home builders in Middle Tennessee, such as Regent Homes, Ole South, and Shaw Home Builders, used this shingle extensively, and other builders and contractors did as well. The easiest way to find out is to contact us and have us come out and inspect.
Cracking & Splitting
Shingles may develop visible cracks, exposing your roof to potential leaks and water damage.
Curling & Buckling
Shingle edges can lift or warp over time, compromising their ability to protect your roof.
Premature & Extreme Granule Loss
Excessive granule loss exposes the underlying asphalt layer, accelerating wear and roof deterioration.
Leaks & Water Damage
When shingles lose their protective layer, they can allow water to penetrate your roof, leading to expensive interior damage.
